Another busy morning of football across the small-sided pathway, with plenty goals, great teamwork and lots of development on show.

Jeanfield 2015 v BSYFC 2014
Possibly one of the best performances of the season from the 7s as they produced a brilliant team display away to Jeanfield.
Finnegan was outstanding, showing great ball control, pace and composure in front of goal, while Luke and Ruaraidh both produced excellent midfield runs and finishes.
At the back Liam was full of energy, making strong defensive runs and supporting attacks down the flank all game. Aidan also stepped up brilliantly in goals with some excellent saves.
Player of the Week: Liam – relentless energy and a superb all-round display.
PKYFA U12 (9-a-side)
Fair City Whites 2014 v BSYFC 2014
A huge improvement from the 9s today in a closely fought and competitive match away to Fair City.
The team played with real intensity and never looked second best, creating plenty of chances throughout. Max grabbed our goal with a composed finish around the keeper.
A special mention to Robert, stepping up from the 7s and producing a very mature debut performance at 9-a-side.
Player of the Week: Oli – once again stepping in as stand-in goalkeeper, making important saves and showing excellent distribution.

BSYFC 2015 v Letham Real 2015
An incredible end-to-end contest for the 2015s B team. Jayden got us off to the perfect start with two early goals before Letham fought back.
Cormac and Arthur also found the net, while Jayden completed a superb haul with further goals in the second half. Despite a late Letham winner, the boys battled right until the final whistle with no subs available.
Player of the Week: Cormac – non-stop work rate, positivity and leadership throughout.

Fair City Whites 2015 v BSYFC 2015
A slow start saw the boys concede early, but credit to them for responding brilliantly. Their shape improved, the passing started to flow and after half time they were the stronger side, pushing Fair City all the way.
Great to have Jackson back in the squad.
Player of the Week: Jackson – excellent goalkeeping and strong defensive play in the second half.

BSYFC 2016 v Jeanfield Swifts 2016
After a good week in training the 2016s brought that confidence into the match with some excellent passing, communication and link-up play.
Lots of goals, big smiles and a reminder of what it’s all about.
This week the opposition coach selected the Player of the Match.
Player of the Week: Evie – brilliant tackling, strong runs down the line and a fantastic all-round display.

Fair City Greens v BSYFC 2017
Another great morning for the 2017s, who continue to improve every week. Their teamwork and use of the ball made them the dominant side, with plenty of goals and lots of smiles.
Player of the Week: Ruben – worked hard, listened well, held his position and added some excellent finishes.
