Huge thanks to Brooklyn, Oliver, Gabriel and Nestor for helping out the team — all four gave a committed and impressive performance.

Ferry Athletic 3–0 Breadalbane
A top-of-the-table clash saw the U17s travel to Whitton Park to face a Ferry Athletic side yet to drop any league points.
Confidence was high following last weekend’s cup win, but illness and injury meant a depleted squad of 12 made the trip. Ferry’s energy and work rate out of possession proved decisive, giving us little time on the ball for long spells.
Despite that, we had periods of good football and created a few decent chances, but couldn’t find the breakthrough. Ferry eventually claimed a deserved victory.
Full Time: 3–0
PoTM: Aaron – excellent shift at right back, solid defensively and a threat going forward.
Special Mentions: Thomas – worked tirelesslyup front and unlucky not to score.
Struan – battled hard at the back and held the ball up well when pushed forward.
Plenty of lessons to take forward. We remain competitive at the right end of the table and will look to bounce back after a rest week.

2010 A–A Arbroath YFC Blues
Dropping temperatures caused the 3G surface to become unsafe, and the referee abandoned the match after just one minute in the interests of player safety.
