Another brilliant morning of football across our small-sided teams — full of energy, teamwork, and great performances !
Fair City 2014 vs BSYFC 2014 (9s)
The 2014s took on one of the strongest sides in Perthshire and were absolutely brilliant!
They battled for everything and earned praise from opposition coaches and parents alike. The team’s energy, work rate, and determination were outstanding — a performance to be proud of!
PoTM: Vanessa – chosen by Fair City’s coach for another all-action display full of energy and drive! ?
Letham Real 2015 vs BSYFC 2014 (7s)
The ever-improving 7s travelled to Letham and put in a superb display, creating plenty of chances but being denied time and again by the woodwork and an inspired home goalkeeper.
Bailey, Lachlan, Daniel, and Robert all struck the post or bar, while Arthur made some excellent saves at the other end. Blake, Christopher, and Aidan were solid in defence, and Rhuaridh caused problems throughout with his trademark pace down the wings.
Player of the Week: Daniel – great movement up top and excellent link-up play with teammates.
BSYFC 2015 vs Fair City Yellow 2015 (7s)
A superb performance after a two-week break. The boys showed excellent commitment, communication, and skill in a tight match against a very strong side. With no subs, it was a real test of fitness and teamwork.
Great to see Braan making his debut and Christian fully deserving PoTM for rock-solid defending and strong tackles.⚽
Crieff 2015 Maroons vs BSYFC 2015 (7s)
A fantastic start back after the October break! With only seven players, every lad gave their all.
Stewart, Arran, and Ryan kept the pressure on up front, Jamie, James, and Nico defended brilliantly, and Jackson was outstanding in goal — earning him Player of the Week for his top form between the sticks!
BSYFC 2016 vs Pitfour 2016 (5s)
A close, competitive game full of brilliant football from both sides.
Our players kept their heads up after an early goal, playing with confidence and teamwork. Excellent saves, tackles, passes, and goals all round!
Player of the Week: Zac – immense effort throughout and a fantastic example for the team. Well done everyone! ⚽
BSYFC Super 5s Festival
Once everyone woke up, the team really clicked and played some lovely football! Despite lots of subs to rotate, every player contributed and kept working hard.
Player of the Week: Cooper – brilliant work rate and smart positioning.
