Breadalbane 2009 3-0 Broughty Utd Panthers 2009

Both teams made positive starts, with the home side creating the better opportunities. Caleb causing chaos down the left and delivered some great crosses in to the box.

Thomas broke the deadlock before Broughty were awarded a penalty which they failed to convert.

Half Time 1-0

Breadalbane extended the lead after Struan arrowed a beautiful effort into the top corner from an unbelievable angle!

There was no way back for the visitors after they were reduced to 10 men following a reckless challenge in the middle of the park.

Breadalbane dominated the remainder with Thomas rounding off the scoring with a clinical finish.

POTM went to Theo who played well at centre half before moving into midfield and showing composure on the ball and linking play well.

Riverside West End Blues 2009 2-3 Breadalbane 2009

An entertaining encounter at the Riverside with all the goals coming in the second half.

Breadalbane dug deep to find a winner and then defended well to see out the match.

POTM was Jayden - a rock in the middle of the park. James, Caleb, Struan and Ivan deserving a special mention in this one.

Breadalbane 2010 0-9 Dundee West Reds

A real tough test against a side that played in a higher division last season.

Despite the score line, Coach Greg felt there were a lot of positives and learning opportunities for the boys to take away from the game.

Joel in goals was PoTM for a fine display between the sticks.

Ferry Athletic 2010 4-1 BSYFC 2010

Breadalbane were hampered by injuries including losing their keeper after doing well to level things after trailing 0-1 at half time. Ferry would make the most of some goalmouth scrambles in the second half to score without reply and take all 3 points.

Freddie answered the call again to step up in goals and did well. PoTM was John for a gritty display in defence.

Letham 2012 9v0 Breadalbane 2012

A difficult game against a strong Letham side who have strengthened  their squad. Breadalbane were punished for being slow out of the blocks with the opposition quicker and stronger in the tackle.

Milo had a superb game in a busy goal, Bartosz had a composed performance for his first match. The final third was a more even affair after the visitors upped their workrate epitomised by Fingal, who played really well on the right wing and was awarded PoTM. Well done!

Breadalbane 2012 0v9 Scone Thistle Reds 2012

A very tough Cup tie against high flying 1st Division opposition in the shape of Scone Thistle.

An encouraging start to the match for Breadalbane as they stayed disciplined and kept their defensive shape, working hard to frustrate the opposition. Scone's quality showed as they overpowered the home side and kept the scoreboard ticking up.

Every Breadalbane player remained resilient, kept their heads up, tackling to the end, in what was a difficult match.

Dougie exemplified what was asked for, giving 100% to the final whistle, and was awarded PoTM. Well done! Ryan had several excellent saves. Bruno, up front by himself, never stopped running, Jamie was excellent in defense and Oliver put in a solid shift to help the team out.

Scone Thistle were gracious in victory and we wish them all the best in the next round.

Luncarty 2013 3v7 BSYFC 2013

Team started well,  with a 3-5-2 formation and pushed the play up the pitch.

A halftime pep talk helped the midfield become more solid and they started to combine well with the strikers as the team got more out of themselves.

Great to see goals coming from all over the team. PoTM ?was Kacper for his non stop energy.

BSYFC 2013 2v12 Scone Thistle 2013

U13s made their Scottish Cup debut at Home St but found the going tough against a technically strong Scone side.

Breadalbane kept their heads high, fought for everything and were rewarded with a couple of well worked goals.

PoTM was Nathan for executing his attacking midfield role so well.
