Small-Sided Pathway Sun 25th May

PKYFA U11 League

BSYFC 2014 Blues v Fair City Reds 2014

A cracking performance at a sun-kissed Ballinluig. Entertaining football playing out from the back with defenders comfortable on the ball before playing into space.

The ever improving Luke fired home two great finishes from wide right midfield. Max made no mistake with a rebound after a long range effort from Jacob hit the crossbar. A defence splitting ball from Liam then sent Lachlan through on goal who slotted home well.

In the second half Fair City came roaring into the game with a few goals. Game became end to end with Luke breaking through to complete his hatrick. Jamie in goals broke Fair City hearts with save after save.

The Player of the Week award went to Liam for his all round play and accurate passing - Well done!

BSYFC Blues 2015 v Blairgowrie Whites 2015

Plenty of energy and commitment on show today from the whole team. Some great moments of passing and movement, especially through midfield, and timely tackles in defence. Although staying on their feet needs some work. Special mention to the fine wing play, and some really top level finishing.

Player of the Week went to Finlay for his hard work and sportsmanship. Well done to all the players for their work rate and attitude!

Fair City 2015 v BSYFC Whites 2015

A trip to the South Inch to face Fair City. The team continues to improve and fantastic effort from Coaches, Parents & Players to continue to field two teams.

Player of the Week went to Ryan for a cracking all round display and close ball control.

BSYFC 2016 v Scone Thistle 2016

What a game at Home St ! The Coaches felt the first half was the best the team have played so far. Passing was slick and the defending was awesome. The players were taking everything practiced at training into the game and it was fantastic to see.

Second half the team began to tire slightly  after all the effort and running in the first half. Importantly, players were still trying to get back into positions and do the right thing.  A fantastic performance and everyone should be incredibly proud of how far they have come as a team.

Quick mention to Frank coming in and playing in goals, a few great saves  throughout the game !Player of the Match went to Cameron who put in a solid performance yet again and never stopped running all game.

Super 5s Festival

Two teams who both got on really well and held their own in all matches. They defended strongly, played as a team, kept organised and worked really hard for each other. Great to see each player improving and the team develop as they go through the season.
