Fair City Reds v BSYFC 2014 Whites

South Inch Park was the venue against an experienced Fair City side.

Arthur made a string of incredble saves in goal, while Dan and Maria established a tidy partnership at the back.

Vanessa batted well in midfield backed up by Finnegan and Zosia out wide. Alfie up front, linked up well. football with his midfielders. As the heat took it's toll, Lachlan and Aidan took over in defense.

An end to end game where Breadalbane's attitude, team work and resilience shone through.

Coach David said "The team were all excellent and the attitude was first class, as a coach you want players to apply the points we talk about and that's exactly what these guys did today."

Player of the Week could have gone to any number of individuals, but with a mixture of brave and spectacular saves, the award went to Arthur - Well Done !!!

BSYFC Blues 2015 v BSYFC Whites 2015

Big Derby match between our two 2015 teams with Referees called in from every corner of perthshire for this match.

Both teams were determined from the start. Whites took an early advantage but the Blues defense soon got on point.

Every player on each team worked as hard as they have all season. When these boys are on form there's no stopping them.

Players of the Week were very difficult to decide but from the Whites it was Ru for his excellent defending and footwork and spot on passes.

Christian from the Blues for intercepting 90% of passes, strong possession and all round stamina. This match was a great advert for the Club - Well done Players & Coaches.

Blairgowrie 2016 v BSYFC 2016

A smaller squad of 8 players worked well with their formation which they are now understanding. Great link up play & passing. Also some great pressing with a good selection of goals. They also handled themselves well when defending under pressure. Overall a strong team effort, with Finlay getting player of the week for his team work and defending.

The kids were also super excited to see Nairn " Big G" who moved away but fantastic to see him playing now for Blairgowrie.
