BSYFC 2012 3v3 Letham 2012
A really committed performance against Letham. A great game to watch with Breadalbane moving the ball brilliantly at times. A powerful strike from Brooklyn⚽️ opened the scoring before Letham replied either side of the halftime. Breadalbane equalised with a great follow up strike from Logan ⚽️ then took the lead with an absolute peach into the top-right corner from Holly ⚽️. Letham equalised and pushed for a winner but a strong, committed defence held out for the draw. Captain Carl led by example and was awarded Player of the Match. Well done!
DDYFA U16 EOS Cup
BSYFC 2009 2-0 Kirriemuir Thistle 2009
The U16s ground out a deserved win against a competitive Kirrie side to keep their hopes alive in the group stages of the Cup. A trademark first goal saw a quick counter down the left and cross from Caleb for Ben to arrive late at the back post. A late goal from Caleb would seal the win. Most impressive part of this performance was the effort and committment from every single player. Man of the Match was Caleb for his use of the ball and work rate.
DDYFA U15 League
BSYFC 2010 1v2 DUSC Lions
A game of two halves where a flat Breadalbane allowed DUSC to have the freedom of the pitch and take a two goal lead going into the break.
A change in formation and players saw a rejuvenated Breadalbane come out on the front foot with Robert and Ru causing trouble out wide who combined to pull one back. Everyone competed and gave their all but couldn’t find an equaliser against the league leaders. Well done everyone.
MOTM today was Robert with his will to take on defenders and his urgency to win the ball back.
PKYFA U12 9V9 League
BSYFC 2013 v Jeanfield 2013
Some good combination football especially the build up play through Paul and Marco. The attacking midfielders did a great job keeping the wings occupied. Max upfront was on it from start to finish, and grabbed a beautiful goal ⚽️ through his persistence.
Team welcomed two new starters - Eshin had a great game. Calmness under pressure and distributed the ball well. Ivan rejoined the team and showed great effort in midfield.
Player of the Week was Marco who showed 100% effort in attack as well in defence and was absolutely everywhere.
